CSI - Computer Society of India

   Formed in 1965 , the csi has been instrumental in guiding the indian IT industry down the right path since its formative years . Today the csi has 73 chapters all over india, 418 student branches, and more than 90000 members including idias most famous IT industry leaders, brilliant scientists and dedicated academicians.

  The mission of the csi is to facilitate research , knowledge sharing, learning and career enhancement for all categories of IT professionals, while simultaneously inspiring and nurturing new entrants into the industry and helping them to integrate into the IT community. The csi is also working closely with other industry associations , government bodies and academia to ensure that the benefits of IT advancement ultimately percolate down to every single citizen of india.

CSI, Muffakham Jah Chapter

Computer Society of India, Muffakham Jah Chapter started on 4th February, 2014. The chapter was headed by Owais Siddiqui, Abdul Rafae and Mohammed Naimath. Since its day of inception, till date CSI has been conducting various events to enhance the technical skills of the students. Not only by conducting workshops and frequesnt seminars but also by conducting Hackathons. CSI, MJCET is headed by Prof. Basheer Ahmed along with Prof. Zainuddin Naveed Prof. Meer Arshad Ali and Prof. K. Sridevi as the Student Branch Counsellors. The current Chief Coordinators of the Student Chapter are Aarshad Devani and Mahrukh Mirza.
